One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

One (1) Holland America Line cruise completed by December 31, 2023 for the Winner and one (1)
guest in a Vista or Signature Suite stateroom. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is
$2,600 USD/$3,334 CAD.

Winner selection:

One (1) potential winner (a “Potential Winner”) will be selected in a random
drawing taking place at 450 Third Avenue West, Seattle, WA 98119 USA by Sponsor or its agent from
among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor currently anticipates that the
drawing will take place on or about April 15, 2023. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible
entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
